The Systemic Issues module aims to familiarise you with our approach to the management of systemic issues.
We use the Systemic Issues Management Process to help us identify and resolve systemic issues, which we are required to do as part of our obligations to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Following completion you’ll be more informed about FOS, the key steps of internal and external dispute resolution and how to reach a resolution for your client. The module includes an optional assessment for your professional development.
