To help you learn more about our Terms of Reference and Operational Guidelines, we have developed an eLearning session. The session provides information and examples on how we ensure we resolve disputes in a fair and independent way.
New eLearning portal
We launched a new eLearning portal in April 2014, which provides a simplified user interface, giving consumers and the general public access to our specialised training modules.
All users will need to register for the new platform, even if you have completed a training module in the past.
